I am pleased to announce that I decided to start a new rubric on my blog called "In their closet". Personally, I love looking at people's closets and I think most of you like reading "what's in my bag", "what's in my closet". I guess it's people's curious nature. So I decided to contact some amazing bloggers to give you once  a month a sneak peak of their closets.

Here's the first "In their closet" post for this year. Let me introduce you to my dear friend Amra from Always Devoted Photography. She's 20 years old  Journalism and Communication Science student currently living in Vienna, but you can also find her in Croatia and Bosnia and Hercegovina  in the summers. Amra's blog is not limited to fashion. Her biggest passion is the photography, so you will find a lot of it there along with  music, different kinds of art and most of all a lot of inspiration.

Questions & Answers

Do you arrange your closet by color or type?
Type. And also seasons-wear. I wish I arranged it by color but I am 100% sure if one lila t-shirt couldn’t find a companion I would feel obliged to improve its situation ;D So that’s why all the jackets stay together, all the winter jumpers are in place and the summer tops are on the other side of the closet.

Do you completely rearrange your closet for the different seasons? Or you simply add the new pieces?
Rearrange. Whenever I buy something new I try to get rid of another thing instead. To avoid clutter. It doesn’t always work this perfectly, but rearranging makes you find some lost pieces and than decide what you want to keep and what you want to let go of. :D I wish I could rearrange my life like this at times :D
I have a kind of a creative mess closet – it might seem messy to smb else but I always know what to look for and where.  Except of socks, the divorse rate of my socks is astonishing. And after a while they just somehow disappear. o_O  They should make a sci-fi show about my socks. Seriously.

Do you put the new pieces you bought somewhere in the front of the closet to see them easily and use them more often?
Yes. Unless I buy something that is totally season inappropriate. But that almost never happens *winks* 

 

Do you have a color that's dominant for your closet?
I used to like black a lot. But after a while I noticed that there are definite periods of my life where I need color in everything. So if you look at my stuff you will notice a lot of red and blue and brown. And when it comes to summer stuff it’s either patterns or prints. Even now, when we still have snow in Vienna, I want to buy a bunch of summer stuff in bright colors because it immediately makes my mood better. I like having all of my jackets and blazers in colors. ( Blue-Red-Black is a standard)

Shoes, Bags and Accessories

Shoes need to be comfy. As much as a am a sucker when it comes to looking and awing at high heels I don’t own a single pair of shoes that are not wearable. Also this year I have a new found love to winter wedges – they are comfy and cute and warm <3 Everything a person can wish for!

 For a while now – earrings have been my thing. I don’t know how it started. I just started getting a bunch of them as a presents and wearing them. The funny thing is I remember who gave me, for what occasion and which pair. It is a silly way to remember all of your friends in a box ;D I am slowly moving on to statement necklases now.

Also i am a glasses kinda girl (read as a blind person LOL).

I adore Puma as you can see. When it comes to perfumes my always need to be light & fresh. I only know started trying out the complete opposite from that – which is Lancome La vie est belle.  It is much more sweet and rich than what i usually like ;)
