In their closet project: Aleks from Marie Antoinette

I am pleased to announce that I decided to start a new rubric on my blog called "In their closet". Personally, I love looking at people's closets and I think most of you like reading "what's in my bag", "what's in my closet". I guess it's people's curious nature. So I decided to contact some amazing bloggers to give you once or twice a month a sneak peak of their closets.

This months inspiration comes from Aleks from Marie Antoinette. 

She's a 20 years old blogger from Poland. She was recently featured on the spanish Elle online. I personally love her elegant outfits that are always so feminine. I think the chiffon layers and asymmetric dresses she loves so much suit her perfectly, don't you think?

Do you arrange your closet by color or by type?

Well, I guess I'm the most disorganized blogger ever! I live in two cities at a time, cause i study in the capital and all the weekends I spend in my hometown, so this is kind of difficult to have my wardrobe organized! My arrangement method is to keep everything together and don't loose anything in a train or something.

Do you completely rearrange your closet for the different seasons? Or you simply add the new pieces?

I think every girl have some items she'll never get rid of. And I have rather wide range of them. So I add some new stuff every season and sell items I won't wear again, but It's not very much of them.

Do you put the new pieces you bought somewhere in the front of the closet to see them easily and use them more often?

Haha, yeah. How did you know? My mums always laugh at my romwe dresses hanging everywhere in my room, because they are new and pretty awesome and I like to see them every morning ;) I'm also a big fan of heels so sometimes I put my new babies in a closet near the desk to see them very often. You can see it on a picture below! What is more, I always use the newest products in my outfits. I rather don't put the oldest pieces of clothing on my blog. I guess I'm kind of bored with them.

Do you have a color that’s dominant for your closet?

I love simplicity and bright colors. I have many pastel clothes and also, white. White is the best color ever, suits everything with its elegance and class. 

Shoes, bags and accessories

 

There is no dedicated space for them. As I said living in two cities might be a problem for stuff like that, so I just put everything in boxes (stuff such as jewelry or something). Those colorful boxes under heels on the pictures are prepared for different pieces of jewelry. My favorite bags travel with me, always. 

Finds & Favourites

1. heels collection

I really love all of my heels. Every pair is a perfect one for me. They have a special place in my room and heart ;) I love to expose them.

2. Favorite perfume

Miss Dior Cherie is the best choice I've ever made, speaking of perfume. It defines me perfectly. But i don't use the very day so not to get bored. I also have some other loved perfume, such as Code by Armani.

3. All of my blazers

My style is always changing, but I'm rather an elegant girl, or maybe I'm just trying to be. Anyway I usually wear blazers and I love buying new ones!

4. A Marilyn Monroe hanger

This one on the left is a bday gift from my friend, Madleine. I use it for hanging my favorite pieces of jewelry. Now it's empty, cause it just came back from warsaw with me.

5. A store dummy

I don't know if that's a proper word for a manikin, but this is the black friend standing in my room, watching my wardrobe. Kind of personal bodyguard of my clothes. I use it for hanging a coat or jacket, depends on what I wear each day.
